Sunscreen SPF 50

  • Introducing TropicSport SPF 50 mineral sunscreen. Up your protection by using sunscreen that keeps up with you and all of your extremes. Our SPF 50 mineral sunscreen passes both the U.S. FDA 80-min and Australian 240-min water resistance tests. The only sunscreen on the market to do this!

TropicSport SPF 50 mineral sunscreen goes on easy without being thick and goopy or leaving you with a ghostly white glow like those other SPF 50 mineral sunscreens.

This sunscreen is even more protective because it contains Non-Nano 6.2% Titanium dioxide and 16.5% Zinc oxide. The use of these minerals keep the sunscreen free of harmful chemicals, but still protects you and the planet.

    Reef-Friendly Sun Protection

TropicSport is a reef-friendly sunscreen designed by surfers to provide ultimate sun protection, without compromising our environment. TropicSport’s reef-friendly formula includes zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and other natural ingredients, rather than harsh active chemicals known to harm the reef, like oxybenzone and octinoxate.

Get Better Protected with Mineral Sunscreen

Anyone spending extensive time in the sun, especially in the water, should reapply sunscreen every two hours, and choose SPF 15 or higher. Our SPF 50 mineral sunscreen was designed to provide even more sun protection while keeping up with you on the go. In addition to being reef-friendly, our formula also includes tropical essential oils to hydrate and moisturize your skin.

Protect yourself from the sun without worrying about the chemicals you are putting on your body while protecting the environment.

Protection and it is not too white

I have been using it for about 2 weeks. I feel protected and it seems to work. I was out today during the afternoon and don’t see any exposed skin that looks red and for this redhead that is good.

Sunscreen that feels nice, smells good, and really works! It's already my new go to.

I purchased the spf 30. Goes on very smoothly. Has a little whiteness to it after being rubbed in, but not bad. My daughter and I usually burn using spf 50 with other products, and they leave our skin feeling gross and bumpy. With Tropicsport spf 30, WE DID NOT BURN AT ALL !!!! We did reapply once after 5 hours, but it was only because we were in the water A LOT. I definitely recommend Tropicsport

Windsurfing with TropicSport

Still windsurfing at 69 and finally found a dependable sunscreen. Not having to reapply constantly is a big plus and I love the way TropicSport feels and stays on!

Michigan to Maui

This stuff if GREAT! I am already a pale northerner, so when I go to sunny places I don't need additional help from my zinc based sunscreen to look pasty. I have tried MANY different kinds/brands of natural sunscreens and I will say, this one is the best I've found. It will take some effort to put on, but once rubbed in, you are good to go! A little goes a long way!! With the suggested re-applies throughout the day, it took two of us 10 days to go through a standard bottle. A little goes a long way. I would highly recommend this product. It not only protects you, it protects the environment! We swam, snorkeled, and scuba dived the waters around Maui with a clear conscience. Make the switch and make TropicSport your new go-to sunscreen!
